1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments made for our SaaS services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once a website is created and activated on our platform, the service is considered delivered.


2. No Refund After Activation

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to use the service

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Business loss or low bookings

  • Partial usage of subscription period


3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


4. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • No refund will be provided for the remaining unused period.

  • Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle (if applicable).


5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where service is not delivered due to a technical issue from our side and cannot be resolved, refund decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
